Sharjah: Roulette games sold in several shops in Sharjah were confiscated this week for violating laws prohibiting the selling of gambling-related products, the Municipality announced yesterday.
The Market Control Section at Sharjah Municipality confiscated various versions of gambling board games, and imposed fines on shop owners for promoting the games.
The municipality refused to disclose the number of shops found flouting the rules. Shops were also given a final warning not to rep..
